IGCSE Maths A modular scheme has two units i.e unit 1 and unit 2. Edexcel Pearson board has introduced it from 2024. The students can appear for each of the units separately. This makes it easier for them to focus on the topics because the Math portion is now split into two parts each weighing 50%.
The modular exams are available twice a year i.e November and June.
The IGCSE Math A modular papers are both calculator papers. Around 50% of the questions are tricky and require in-depth understanding of key concepts.
